Welcome to the Mid-Hudson Cable Phone password reset utility.

This utility will reset your password to a randomly generated string of characters. The new password will be emailed to the address currently on your account. Please make sure you have access to that email account before resetting the password.

Please enter the MAC address of your Cable Phone adapter in the box below and click the "Submit" button. The MAC address is a 12 character string that can be found on a sticker on the bottom of the adapter. Can't find it? Click here for a picture.

Hint: Any characters that look like "0" are the number zero and not the letter "O".
