This easy to follow 6 step process will walk you through setting up your Mid-Hudson Cable Phone account. The activation process should take about five minutes. Before you begin, please make sure you have access to the email account provided during signup.

When you're ready, please enter the MAC address of your Cable Phone adapter in the box below and click the Submit button. The MAC address is a 12 character string that can be found on a sticker on the bottom of the adapter. Can't find it? Click here for a picture.

Hint: Any characters that look like "0" are the number zero and not the letter "O".
